The back, sides and bottom of the box is constructed out of 11 ga. sheet steel. Handles are attached to both sides for easy lifting. Fryer comes with two nickel plated one wire fry baskets, one fryer thermometer and one hose regulator. Two 6" wheels make for easy maneuverability.
