Ordering Procedures for MVE Products

Production or Lead Times

STANDARD ORDERS: Standard products are the items on our website that have not been customized or altered. Our standard production time is two weeks from the input of your order to delivery.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom products are created individually and are unique to you! Due to the tailored needs of a custom order, additional production time may be required to complete the product(s.)

Graphic Arts + Engraving + Embroidery + Signage

These areas create custom work that is tailored to your needs! Prior to submitting your order, please review the checklist below so that we can provide you with the best results!

Graphic Arts + Engraving + Embroidery + Screen Printing + Signage Checklist

  • The catalog or item number must be listed
  • Indicate the plaque or plate material (acrylic, brass or wood)
  • Indicate the color desired from those that are listed in the catalog
  • The size of the item
  • The font(s), the font case (Upper Case (UC); Lower Case (LC); or combination of each
  • A sketch or specific description of the desired layout
  • Provide a sample or digital photo of any artwork or logo to be used
  • High resolution of 300 dpi is best!
  • If a frame or mat is requested, please include the exact measurements
  • All orders must include contact information (name, agency, phone number, etc.)

Embroidery + Screen Printing Checklist

  • The thread colors must be indicated on the order (embroidery only)
  • A color sketch and layout, or digital sample, must accompany the order to use as a reference
  • Indicate the placement of the embroidery on the garment (i.e., “left chest pocket”, etc.)
  • Provide a sample or digital photo of any artwork/logo to be used
  • High resolution of 300 dpi is best!
  • We LOVE vector files!
  • The placement and size will determine the price (embroidery only)
  • All orders must include contact information (name, agency, phone number, etc.)

Please Note: We cannot accept orders that request graphic arts, engraving, signage, screen printing, or embroidery with the statement, “same as my last order,” or similar instructions.

Failure to include all required information will result in the delay of your order being processed. MVE will not be responsible for items that are made according to the directions given on the order form.

Fire Retardant

All wood furniture will have a 20% upcharge, per item, for fire retardant coating.

All upholstered wood furniture will have a 10% upcharge, per item, for fire retardant coating.
